Embarrassment.
Wow. Has it really been almost a year already since I posted anything here? Not that there's been much progress, but I wanted to keep up info about BA and liver disease. My last post was on Rare Disease Day of last year, and it's almost upon us already. February 29 is Rare Disease Day. Take some time to learn about Biliary Atresia, and other pediatric liver conditions.

Team PLaiD, halfway there!
I am 73% away from my goal of $150 for the Liver Walk. I only need $40 more! Our team has set an overall goal of $2000, and we're exactly halfway there. Please support me by going to http://go.liverfoundation.org/site/TR/LiverLifeWalk2011/LiverLifeWalk?px=1685805&pg=personal&fr_id=2600

Liver Walk.
I am walking and raising funds for the American Liver Foundation's signature fundraising event, the Liver Life Walk, and I need your help. I have set myself a goal of $150 to raise by the walk in June. Please, if you can't donate today, pass this link on to a friend or share it. Money raised by ALF goes to research and education for all liver diseases, including Biliary Atresia, the liver disease that my son Denim has.
I've already raised $85. I'm 57% there!

SLACKER!
Okay, not really. I realize that as of today, it's been a month since I posted here. It's not that I've given up, or forgotten about this. It's just that I'm still waiting to have the money to get things really started. So far, I've only been able to have $20 dedicated to the build (thanks, Amber), and I need at least $35 to get started. Money's tight all around. Just wanted to keep everyone updated though! Bili does have her own Facebook page now. You can visit her profile here.
Thanks for keeping up!
